Twitter App On Windows 10

I would like to reinstall the Twitter app on my Dell Studio laptop running windows 10. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thank you.

I thought the above reply was the answer to my problem but when I reinstall Twitter and try to access it the error message says "we're sorry there was a problem completing your request. Please check your network connectivity and try again". My network is working fine and trying again does not result in a working product. Any other suggestions? Thank you.
