Just had both of these in windows update
both are needed ready for next big update due in November

Windows updates are to be downloaded and installed automatically.
Users need not doing it manually.

Cool.
I checked manually this morning and only got a defender update.
Just checked right now, again.... manually, and there they both were.
I suppose they would have either done their automagic thing when I shut down or else when I started tomorrow but I don't mind checking

Same with several members on other forum nothing there at all at noon but then late checked and there it was so thought would let members on here know as well

One thing will let you know about both they will download to 5% then for a while you think nothing is happening then jump to 45% then 100%
then on install will do the same.
Do not worry about it they are suppose to do that

Yep.... same here checked around 9:30 Central Time nothing but Defender update.
Thanks got them both installed and rebooted and all is right with the world.

One is for 10576 build that is coming which will improve Browser Edge for those having trouble with it and Groove

Before that everything was fine.

My PC is a desktop: i7/6GB RAM/500 GB HDD/1 GB Nvidia graphics

Hi sorry to hear that you can uninstall it and see if your problem goes away
Go to Program and features
Click view installed up dates
Scroll down until you find that one click on it then press uninstall an update
This should remove it from your computer.
Also click your drivers are up to date as your graphics driver made need updating
But try the update first

fwiw. For those who are still having problems with these cumulative updates. I did have trouble, a couple ago, on one of my computers.
I found that in the end, the most efficient way all-round, was to stop the download and go to the MS site and download and install manually

With all the issues that windows 10 is still having across the board with clean installs and upgrades, tells me that it was never ready for release and still isn't.

I agree. There are a couple of little, and unimportant, nags that I have, but the update system is, combined with the nags, enough for me to give it the thumbs down.

I have had very little trouble with The RTM but some of the TP builds were train wrecks.
