Unable to add KB3140743 in Windows 10 image

Hi,

I am trying to add the hotfixes KB3140743 and KB3139907 to Windows 10 OS image from SCCM via Offline Servicing Manager.
I am always getting the error 'Failed to install update with error code 14099' when adding KB3140743.

I tried to install the KB manually and it worked with a reboot.

Could you please me out to add these two hotfixes to my OS image.
