Unable to Login after self update

As I was using my computer it just shut off and started configuring/updating. Then after that when I logged in with my login details it says I cannot login to the device and I must go to microsoft live.com account. When I go there I am asked to change password,which I did and then still when I login no luck.
I am now very stuck can't login to my computer. Please help.

Same situation. I've switched to use local account. Check the 2nd method in this article:

It's good practice to create a restore point before installing Windows updates. When you run into issue, you can then restore to a previous backup point.
