I just installed Windows 10 on a new computer. I did a clean install, not an upgrade.
Once installed, I joined the computer to my domain.
I attempted to login with my domain admin account and got "Username or Password incorrect, try again".
I got the same error with 10 or so different domain credentials.

Time settings are correct.
nslookup resolved my DNS server.
My ip address and DNS setting are correct.

Next, I ran the Network ID wizards, rejoined the domain and told it to add a domian user to the computer as a local admin.
That went smooth, but still not able to login with any domain account.

I have added domain accounts in "User Accounts" and set them as administrators, but even those accounts are unable to login.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the info Jeff.
Glad to hear that you managed to resolve your issue.
What do you suspect as having been the culprit?
Was the machine(s) involved running any third party security suite software?
Just interested.
Much appreciated.

Honestly, I have no idea. This was a clean install, no software installed what-so-ever.
Everything was connected to the domain correctly, I just couldn't login as a domain user or domain admin.
Under local admin account, I was able to ping the DNS server, I was able to open shared folders on the server using domain credentials. I was able to RDP into other domain computers. I was able to print to printers shared on the domain controller.
So I figured, maybe something was wrong with the OS install and reset it via settings>Recovery>Reset PC.

As an additional curiosity....
Did all of the problem machines begin life as Windows 10 Pro machines, or.....
Had they started off as Windows 10 (or earlier Home version OS) and were subsequently upgraded to Pro?

This was Windows 10 Home, then I applied a Win10 Pro Product Key.
Upon resetting the PC, it started with Windows 10 Pro.
