Uninstall windows 10

My PC had window 7 enterp. About 40 days back I installed window 10pro from a CD. unknowingly, it deletyed all my other program files including Office 2010. I did not set a restore point date before installing win10. Now how to uninstall window 10, so that I can reinstall window7 with MS office 2010

After doing that, just install all updates then install Office and update again!.
