Update wont install

Hello,
When I restart my Win.10 computer It it is stuck between installing a new update and not being able to update. I have downloaded the Windows update trouble shooter and it says it fixed the problem, but the problem is still there.

I have tried to delete the last upgrade but the system will not delete anything. Help please,

My initial recommendation for these types of issues is always the same.
Determine the KB# of the problem update.....
For instance the latest on mine is KB4487044

Go to the Microsoft Update Catalog and obtain the stand alone installer......
For instance mine is here

www.catalog.update.microsoft.com

Download it and install it and see if it resolves the issue.

Thankyou trouble, How can i find the KB number of an update that has failed to down load?

Check your update history.... failures as well as successes should be listed there.
