Updates available but frozen in download

Below are two screenshots of updates that are available for my Windows 10...but they've been stuck at 83% forever. It's not moving at all. I'm pretty computer literate, but I'm at a loss for this one. Any ideas? TIA
PS: And do I need all three downloads?
