Updating

Hi
Hope somebody can help. Since yesterday My Windows 10 Pro has gone into a loop. Everytime I reboot, windows starts preparing a new windows. Ive tried everthing I know. can be anyoying when I have to reset all my setting again and all my cookies are empty. Is there some fix to solve this problem
