USB Error Msg

Windows 10 suddenly began to send me messages that the "last usb device" installed isn't recognized by Windows.

I have a number of external hard drives and a logitech camera. They have all been installed for a long time and all continue to work properly.

But, in spite of another Win10 update today, the message continues to appear, sometimes without cease for several minutes.

I've run all the USB repair utilities recommended by the "experts" in a Microsoft sponsored help forum and that didn't work. I also deleted all USB drivers and reloaded. That didn't work either.

Any good ideas here?

After all my difficulties getting real answers to my USB pop-up message problem, the answer was found in Settings/USB Settings/remove check mark from Notify me if there are issues connecting to USB devices.
