Video library turned into C://, and Pictures into D://

Hi,

I messed up to much with my libraries location and somehow made C: (local disk) into Videos library into C:// and same with Videos and D://.

When I try to change the location of the library again it gives me an error... sfrsfrf.PNG
Can someone please help me fix this?
