My computer is working fine, and I click on a video, and my screen just goes blank. Then my computer shuts down and restarts. Then a blue screen comes up and says Video TDR Failure. How do I stop this from happening. Is there a fix.

Hello Debbe and welcome to the forum.
That error is usually a result of a problem with the video driver installed.
You'll need to determine which GPU you are using and obtain the latest driver available for it.
I would suggest first checking with the Computer Manufacturer's website and downloading and installing any driver updates they might have for your specific computer especially anything having to do with the BIOS, Chipset, etc., and specifically any for your particular Video card.
Failing that, then perhaps the Motherboard Manufacturer's website or the specific hardware Device Manufacturer's website.
