Virus help / bubble dock removal

hey a few days ago I downloaded a free 3D editor program off the internet. I admit I did not pay very close attention. I have been getting random pop ups and my browsers won't open websites for anti virus programs. There is this program called bubble docks that people tell me to remove but I can't find it in the applications. I have a picture of a pop up that happened. Every once in a while a screen pops up that says: other (opened program) users have installed this. I usually click away, but it constantly happens, and I think it has some association with bubble docks. I try to run a scan with Windows defender but it won't find bubble docks. I hope you guys can help me, and thanks for your help in advance.

Run CCleaner https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
Malwarebytes Anti virus https://www.malwarebytes.com/products/
AdWare https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/
Super Anti Spyware http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/superantispyware_free.html
They are all free programs that will identify and remove PUP's

I forgot to add that the (virus) won't let me open any antivirus pages. I don't know what is happening and now it is blocking windows defender. Please help

Hi max1234321,

Assuming you had windows protection on and being only a few days, your best bet is to boot into safe mode and restore your computer to a restoration point prior to the infection.
