W10 start up issue

Hi!

I remember you guys from the Windows 7 forum site, glad you are still here.

I have a start up issue that I'd like to eliminate as my W10 system is solid otherwise.

When I boot up, after all the 'hellos' and spinning wheels and everything I get this prompt that I have to accept by clicking OK.

See image attached. Any ideas how to fix this or even what it might be? Many thanks!!!

That looks to me like a typical piece of malware which may have been removed but remains in startup.
I'd suggest

See if that helps with the issue.
IF not then you may have to resort to something like

Autoruns for Windows - Sysinternals

See what programs are configured to startup automatically when your system boots and you login.

To see if you can spot it there.
