Have a laptop, Presario CQ56 that a friend downloaded windows 10 last year. I would like to uninstall this version back to the beginning and reinstall clean version back onto it? I dont have a disc so would need to do this through the internet. He has upgraded and installed so much crap that I would like to just start over and only put back on what is required to operate. Thank You for your help. What do I need to do to start this process? Right now I have no internet do to the fact it is having a Group Client issue and has the laptop wiggin out.

You can try a "Reset this PC" from Start -> Settings -> Update & security -> Recovery
That will generally allow you to smoke everything and clean Windows 10
IF not.....
You're going to need an internet connected computer to .......
Get the latest ISO from here
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sof...459594)(TnL5HPStwNw-WaTVja5C7z2Vs7q82apCPg)()

Choose Windows 10, the first item in the first drop down (not single language at the bottom) * see note at bottom.
Next choose your language and your bit version (32 or 64 bit to match your system architecture or in the case of an upgrade, to match your currently installed version of Windows).
That will provide an ISO that will boot, upgrade, repair (or clean install) either or both Windows 10 Pro and Home.
*NOTE: In some cases, we've learned that some people have the "Single Language" version installed. In which case you would need that download. It's important that you match the ISO version that you download with your installation.

Once you have downloaded the ISO you can use ImgBurn to burn it to a DVD http://imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
OR
Rufus to burn it to a USB ThumbDrive http://rufus.akeo.ie/
AND
Boot your system from the installation media to perform a clean install.

I think that a full reset may be the right think to do here as Trouble says. This Presario has only 2Gb of Ram.

A clean save nothing reload may improve it immensely.
