Any list of features you want?

Maybe we can start a list and testers can study those possibilities.

1. I'm looking for the continuation of the \Start Menu folder structure. This means that at least someone in Microsoft still likes an organized access to their computer's installed programs, just like they have used it since Win9x. (Thanks xxJACKxx!)

2. The return of User-Based Screen Object customizations, by re-allowing access to the Windows Color And Appearance dialog:
displaycolors1.gif

This allows any user to modify their screen objects into colors, font types and sizes, levels of contrast as their individual environment demands. This useful dialog has been available since Win9x until Win8 stripped it away, pretending all users had the same lighting, vision abilities and comfort-color choices.

3. Return the GOOD functional use of Cursor Keys for the File Manager. Win7 started the erosion away from good keyboard use in "Windows Explorer", and 8 created a disaster by allowing Mouse Clicks to supercede any Cursor Key choice.

Unfortunately, you're not going to see that. It's VERY limited customization. You can still only 'personalize' by setting only Start Menu color and the borders. In fact, it's difficult to get the Start Menu back to the dark blue it starts out with and then still have the color you want. You have to play with the sliders and the color presets. You can try the color mixer as well. The trick is to use the Color Intensity to adjust the darkness of the Start Menu and the color mixer to adjust the borders.

I'm working on a demo for it now.

Here's a playlist of some Windows 10 demos that show the new Start Menu and how to customize it.
