Whatever I do I'm unable to copy a Web Page to my Favorates column.

I am studying the Israel Palestinian situation and have a number of Web Pages in the Favourites column headed "Israel Palestinian Forums" from a month or so ago. However whatever I do I'm now unable to move CAMERA Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting and Analysis. Has anyone else had such problems.

Are you able to let us know which web browser(s) you are experiencing this issue in?

If for example you are experiencing this issue in Microsoft Edge you could try restoring a previous version of the Favorites folder to see whether that resolves the issue. To do that simply:

1. Open File Explorer
2. Open This PC
3. Open your C drive (or the drive that contains your Windows installation)
4. Open the Users folder
5. Open the folder with your username
6. Right-click the Favorites folder and select Restore previous version
7. Select a previous version and click the Restore button

Found the page. I had no problems creating a desktop shortcut with Edge or FF. From there it should be easy enough to put in the favourites?

I could not follow the instructions shown above but then checked to see if my problem affected other Primary subjects on my Favorites column such as Motor caravaning and Gardening.

What exactly are you trying to do? Do you wish to make the mentioned site on of your favourites? Or, move it to where?

I'm in my middle eighties and although not going Ga Ga my memory is not as sharp as it used to be. As a result when I'm researching a subject it helps me if I'm able to use "Favorites" as an aide-memoir. I found using the site quite useful and I would like to place it in Israeli Palestinian Forums.

That may be something you have to take up with moderators at the Israeli Palestinian forums that you're trying to share links with. It sounds like the problem lies with their forum not being able to display your links??? I'm really having a hard time understanding what you're trying to do.

No idea how the forum works, but, if you can post there, it should be possible to copy the address of the page, or copy my link, an paste it in you post

BigFeet. I have a favorites column running down the left of my screen when I'm using Google which carries a list of subjects from Gardening to Politics. When I find a Web Page that I think I will use again I select, Add to Favorites then find the appropriate subject heading in the list which I add the Web page to. I might have confused that as its late so just have a look at your Google and you will see what I mean.
