When computer is off any power interruption causes compter to turn on.

Since installing Win 10 my computer will restart on its own if the electrical power "blips" or I unplug the unit and plug it back in. It did not happen when I had Win 7.

I also have to manually restart the system twice to get past the black screen with the blue window. If I go to safe mode using msconfig to change boot method I usually do not have the problem. But everything seems to slow down. Can anyone help. Thank you.

I recently had a similar problem and after unplugging everything connected to USBs of course not the mouse & keyboard i found my external hard drive was causing the problem. ;)
