Why no updates

I am not getting any updates at all and have not done so for several months. I no longer get my e mails in the mail box ??

What version of W10 are you running? What sort of machine? What email system. What antivirus? I wonder if your Garmin problem is connected to this?

Windows 10 Home last up date July 2016 ! Product ID 00326-100000-00000-AA949. Dell Inspiron with intel Dual Core Celeron CPU 1.80 GHz. 64 bit operating system ACPi x 64 based PC. To get e mails have to use Google and online into Yahoo or Aliceadsl or SFR France. No other antivirus than W10 and Microsoft protection with Windows 10. Garmin Express has not worked thus impossible to update . As more travelling now urgently needed. Type is a NUVI 54 series number 2VZ069230.
