Will Windows 10 affect my Ubuntu VM?

I'm currently running Windows 8.1 Pro and I have a Ubuntu 12.04 VM using Hyper-V.
Will updating to Windows 10 affect my VM?

No this will not effect your VM, make sure VMware is up to date though as an old version may have conflicts after upgrade

Thanks for the reply, but as mentioned earlier, I'm not using VMware. I'm using Hyper-V.
Does this change things?
