Hi, I have a problem with my computer.
Recently, I noticed when I start Civilization 6 game and two other 3D games, my mouse and keyboard would freeze (but touch board still working), and after few minutes, the entire system crashed. If I want to restart my computer, it will process the "restarting" process with red background, but before restart process is finished, my computer will crash. Even though the blue screen said my computer would restart itself, after system collected information, my computer would turn black even though power is still on, and then I have to manually force the computer to shut down.
My win 10 is Up to date, and my computer is Lenovo Y700. Could you please help?
