Win 10 no longer working after update

Win ten after update no keyboard no mouse upon reboot goes straight to screen saver with no access. What is the fix please?

first off, what version of W10 do you have?:

Secondly, is your mouse and KB running through a hub or are they both connected via USB cables?.

Thought I wrote a reply but don't see it. Mouse and keyboard are connected by cable and work fine in a different computer. Both computers with trouble are running win 10 home and are having difficulty with win 10 ver 1709. One is at the computer shop for repairs for stated reason. Mouse keyboard works fine upon startup and escape key to bioss diagnostics states everything fine. Upon leaving bioss or reboot goes straight to screen saver with no mouse or keyboard. Computer now at repair shop. Second computer win 10 ver 1709-error 0xc1900201 cannot write to reserve partition. 9 times failed.
Both computers have 500 GB Samsung solid state V-nand 850 EVO drives.
