Are you back to Win 8.1 now ?

If yes, try it this way........

1. Download the media Creation Toll. Make sure you pick the correct bit version.http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/soft...?OCID=reserve_r_PostReserve_MediaCreationTool
2. Run the Tool.
Select Create installation media for another PC option. That creates a Win 10 ISO.
3. Right click at the ISO > click Mount > click Setup.exe.
Installation will begin. This method allows you to keep your files, settings and apps. You can choose to "keep nothing".
This method does not require product key, and activation is automatic.

I used the same method to install my 2 laptops.

Did it, selectes win10 pro N x64 (wchich I believe is correct version) and still the same.
When I press first 'next' this window asks me for the product key.
I've seen in solutions that people can skip it. Why I can't?

Read my post again.
You were not doing what I asked you to do.
My method NEVER needs to enter product key.

Why did you select ..... win10 pro N x64
Why not just Win 10 Pro x64 ?

You have Win 8.1 Pro. Right ?
Then upgrade to Win 10 Pro.
If you have Win 8.1 ( non pro )
Then, upgrade to Win 10 Home.

You picked the wrong Win 10 version which is not supported by the upgrade path. Therefore, you were asked for a product key during installation.

If you use the correct upgrade path, my method will not ask for product key.
Correct upgrade path is.........
Home for Home.
Pro for Pro.
32-bit for 32-bit.
64-bit for 64-bit.

I chose N version because it's european one. I have win8 from europe, I thought it matters.
Tomorrow I will try downloading win10 pro x64 without N and will let you know what happens.
I hope will be it.

Ok, you were right. It did work.
I don;t know why the N version didn't work, but the normal x64 pro did. Thanks :)

When I right click on the iso file there's no option to mount?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
When I right click on the iso file there's no option to mount?
I don't believe there is any native ability in Windows 7 or earlier to mount an ISO. I think you would need Windows 8 or newer to take advantage of that function.
Microsoft did make it's own addon utility
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=38780
But I could never get it to work quite right, you may have better luck.
You might be better off just creating the installation media from the ISO
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench
Choose Windows 10, the first item in the first drop down (not single language at the bottom)
Next choose your language and your bit version (32 or 64 bit to match your system architecture or in the case of an upgrade, to match your currently installed version of Windows).
That will provide an ISO that will upgrade, repair (or clean install) either or both Windows 10 Pro and Home.
Once you have downloaded the ISO you can use ImgBurn to burn it to a DVD http://imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
OR
Rufus to burn it to a USB ThumbDrive http://rufus.akeo.ie/
When you've created the installation media then you simply launch setup.exe from the media from within your current version of Windows to perform the in-place upgrade.
