I have tried to delete some folders, add to others etc. but I just get a message that I require administrator privileges; this despite the fact that there is only one account on my computer - my administrator account. Whoever decided these things at Microsoft seems to assume that only specially-trained persons (probably at considerable expense) should be able to change folders, move files, etc. This is my computer, not Microsoft's, and if I cause some damage, then it's my funeral. However, Microsoft thinks it should be everyone's nanny.
How can I obtain the universal privileges that I want and need?
