Win 7 Pro keeps inviting me to upgrade to Win10 but when I click 'uggade' and 'download Win10'
and check the user agreement, 'preparing to install' never stops running, even after it runs for hours.
I don't know if this is relevant, but all of my Win 7 .NET Framework 4.5 updates consistently show 'failed' on my Win Update history screen.
Why doesn't 'Win 10 Ugrade' tell me why it can't install ??
