Windows 10 Creators Issue

come across a desktop problem now after re-arranging all my icons on the desktop when i log off or restart the computer and log back on my icons dont stay in the same place where i positioned them they have a mind of there own and move where ever. Ive checked to make sure all drivers are up to date which they are. Has anyone else come across this before or had a similiar issue?

Every Windows version does the same thing, Creator's is somewhat worse. 3rd party free utility Icon Restorer will save & restore position but CU still does it on some, but not on all machines.
