Windows 10 Display Problem

I have an HP elitebook 6930p and my display is messing up pretty often,but when I select or go with mouse over the problem goes away. It looks like this:

Can anybodygive me a hint about this?

Do you have any idea, which video adapter (GPU) you computer is using.
Looks like it could either be an intel or an amd

In either case there doesn't seem to be any drivers available for Windows 10 through HP
Maybe have a look in Device Manager and see what it has to say about the Adapter and the Driver details.

So, an instalation of Windows 7 would resolve the problem...or waiting for a driver update, option that is not likely to take.
