Windows 10 email program crashing

Windows 10 email opens fine and all my email accounts appear correctly, but when I open an account to read mail, the program crashes when I try to delete an item or move to the next item. I have to reopen the program and start again. Any ideas on how to fix this?

 

[Trouble]

Have you launched the "Store" App and checked for updates.
Click on your account picture near the top right of the app and select "downloads & updates" from the menu.
Many of the apps have and continue to receive frequent updates.
Additionally you might try running the native System File Checker and see if that finds any problems with your system.
Right click the start button and choose Command Prompt (Admin) and type
sfc /scannow
hit enter
give it some time to finish and see if it finds anything.
