Maybe its your monitor resolution settings?
Right click on the screen, open Display Settings.

And don't confuse Maximized [middle icon at top right corner] with Full Screen which is usually obtained by pressing the F11 key [or maybe Fn + F11 on some machines/Notebooks]. Used to be Maximized could easily be set in Properties of an Icon, not so much with Win10.

Not sure where those buttons are myself?

But, Jajcheung. I suspect the problem is not with your settings, but an inadequate display driver. Have a look in the Device manager (right click the start icon and select "Device manager"
Scroll down the list to the "Display Adapters" See if Windows has uploaded a driver for your computer, or, is it still using the Generic graphics display. If you are unsure, make a csnapshot and post it here.
