Windows 10 & Outlook 2013

Win 10 Clean Install, X64, 12 Gig Ram 2.5 Tb memory, Office 2013

Since clean installing the new OS (which otherwise works beautifully), I cannot setup Outlook 2013.

I have tried all sorts of slight variations but I can neither send, nor receive.

Can anyone suggest a solution?

Hi @Cheril Seidel, welcome to the forums.

This seems to be a common problem unfortunately. I had the same problem and did this to fix it:

Just make sure that you've got Outlook closed when you perform the steps listed above. It doesn't take too long to run and will hopefully work for you too .
