windows 10 password

Tried live.com to reset password, still cannot get into computer windows 10 which I did on my android phone. Also tried this on someone elses computer, but did not work either. Cannot get passed the password section and cannot connect to my computer.
Used old password but doesn't help either. Anyone out there please advice. No disc info on computer and no CD slot. Please advice on how to resolve this problem...
