SOLVED Windows 10 PDF Printer

Not sure for certain but try this.
Right click the Start Button and choose Programs and Feature from the context menu (at or near the top)
On the left select the link that says "Turn Windows features on or off"
IN the resultant dialog box look for Microsoft Print to PDF
You may have to uncheck it if it thinks it is installed or just check it if not.
click OK
Reboot
Go back and check it again if you had to uncheck it and see if that puts it back.
