SOLVED Windows 10 pre install not completing set up

Hello,

I bought a dell laptop from a best buy a few days ago. As I was setting it up, in the middle the computer just shut off. Now, whenever I try to set it up, it lets me do a few things, such as choose my internet, then it crashes and restarts. I would like for it to stop; can anyone help?

Hello MrPinstripe and welcome to the forum.
You need to get that thing back to BestBuy and have them make it right.
Fix it, exchange it or give you your money back.
There is absolutely no way, you should have to be dealing with that kind of problem on a brand new computer.
It has to work out of the box or it's of no use to you or anyone.
