Windows 10 right click explorer reset.

For About 5 months all Ive dealt with is whenever i right click an execution application or setup file. Basically any program it restarts windows explorer. Anything else works fine but this is very annoying trying to run programs as admin. It also does this on shift+f10. Please help.
