Windows 10 slow after update

Hello there can anyone help me? basically my computer updated windows 10 and now its running really really slow. i have a lot of work to get through before xmas. and i just cannot really get started as my computer is running so slow. for some reason i think it has affected my browsing as well as thats also slow. thanks in advance for any help

hi. hope someone can help. it has done the same on my 2nd computer as well now that's not working properly either?
