I have 2012 Dell i3 desktop, Windows 10 Home, v1511, 10586.545. PC works great.
Installed W10 on Feb 17, 2016.
On Sept 8, 2016, PC did a system restore to 4/28/2016 by itself.
Wonder when it will update to v1607? PC - "Your device is up to date"
Only software manually upgraded was Windows Live Mail 2011 to 2012.

Thanks Mr. Geek. Today my Dell updated to version 1511 build 10586.589 (it was 10586.545).

Since update is working; I'll probably just let MS decide when my PC should be updated to v1607. Dell works great as is.

Sept 14 Windows Weekly.
Mary Jo Foley mentioned a Sept 1 email she received that stated 'Windows 10 anniversary update is coming soon'. Then in email footnote stated 'may take up to 3 months to roll out the Windows 10 anniversary update'. So Nov 2 is MS target date.

True, but ignore the email and click on the link in my other response above. It will load the analysis tool and after your PC passes, it will initiate the update.
