SOLVED Windows 10 update

I have a dual boot system on my computer. When I get to the screen that asks which operating system to open when I click windows 10 my windows 10 went through an update and when I turned on my computer the windows 10 goes through the motions of the updat but then it shows a pop this pop up. My desktop is black and task bar has some feature but none of them work no internet connect, sound, and start button does not work. I atempted all the options, roll back, fix,, restore, advance everything and nothing worked. so my question now is , if I use my media installation usb stick is there a option to repair this windows. if not will I loose all my data and it installs a complete new windows.
