I am unable to upgrade. to W 10. had about 4 or 5 attempts , they all fail at 91% (91% overall 67% configuration settings),I get no error message, just told that it will revert back to 7, which it does not do.
I have tried (1). a clean boot. (2) disable AV and Firewall (3) uninstalled all peripheral items except mouse and keyboard.
Just to make it clear, I left the first time it froze for3 hours, with no HHD activity.
I have an Acronis backup that gets me back to Windows 7.
There seems to be quite a lot of people having the same trouble.
Has anyone yet found a solution. I am at a loss as to what to do. Thanks Jo
