Windows 10 version 1703 and Edge

I have 2 laptops. The Toshiba has just updated to 1703 and Windows Edge will not load.
The Compaq is currently downloading so I may soon loose all access via Edge.
Can I unload 1703 as it is a major release especially as all my previous updates have been removed from the updates history?

The first thing you might want to check is .....
Windows Update. Check it manually as there is very likely one or two cumulative "updates" still pending after the "upgrade" to 1703.

I may soon loose all access via Edge

Don't panic. Internet Explorer is still there, down in your start menu under Windows Accessories if you get deparate for a working browser, and.....
OF course there is a multitude of third party browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Vivaldi) that might warrant some consideration.
