I have tried to install 22458.1000 about 4 times. Did install windows 11 about 2 months ago. No problem with the upgrades until now. When the release for the public going to happen?

The last info I have seen indicated that MS would start sending it out Oct. 5. It is expected to take several months to reach everyone eligible for the upgrade. You should be able to download the ISO and install it yourself shortly after 10/5.
