Windows Accounts AI is broken!

I had a ratty credit card and asked bank for a new one. They sent me the new card, same number but different pin. I have changed the pin in Ms ACCOUNS 3 times and AI seemingly looks at the number and marks it out dated. Two pickles short of a full Jar.

My response would be that nothing I do on the Internet has required the PIN number, Yes for the card number and expiration date and sometimes the Security code. Maybe I'm just not hitting the same sites.
