Windows Live Mail and Outlook that came with Windows 10 Installation

On downloading Windows 10 (I had Windows 7), my Windows Live Mail did not re-appear until after I had installed my Bigpond and 2 Yahoo Accounts on the Outlook Mail that came with the download. I don't mind which programme I use for Mail but when I look at uninstalling my Accounts from Outlook the information says "delete your account from the device." I am concerned that if I do I will lose it from WLM as well.

If possible, I don't want to continue receiving Mail twice, once in Outlook and repeated in WLM. What is the solution please ?
