sorry hal I know is incorrect but wrote the error down and can't read my own writing.

Anyway started comp up and got above error..Said I must reinstall file is corrupt..... Waited pulling my hair out as I do not have a Win10 disc and finally windows 10 started..

What was this?????

It's an error, indicating a problem with the Hardware Abstraction Layer . Dynamic Link Library which is located in the C:\Windows\system32 folder, and.....
Can be produced by any number of problems ranging from legitimate hardware issues to corrupt software system files to even some less legitimate malware issues.
You may have just had a one off event but it might be worth your while to use something like Check Disk, System File Checker and perhaps even MemTest86+ to give the machine a going over
