Windows Start Menu Not Working

Hello, I am using a Windows 10 Pro, and I update my windows last week.but after the few days of the windows update I found that the Windows 10 Start menu stopped working, it doesn't work on the keyboard. If I click on the Start Menu Button, a loading sign will appear for half a second but It won't do anything. Cortana seems to work fine. I really like a lot of the features of Windows 10 and that's why I would like to buy a license, however, the bugs are a problem. Hope a fix is found for this.

Quickest way to rectify what appears to be a corruption issue. Reinstall the Windows 10 Pro as a clean install.

Britec09 has a good youtube video with things you can try. Most of the time ones of these will fix the issue.
