My computer has hidden or lost the start up button.. The icon is missing from my start up screen.. I haven't the ability to use the f keys either they produce nothing.. All of the things I previously installed as also absent.. My windows computer four window icon produces nothing as well , having to manually shut it off.. HELP!!!!

Have you tried using the native System File Checker to see if it finds any integrity violations?
Not sure how much you can actually do from the desktop screen so you may have to navigate to C:\Windows\System32 and find cmd.exe and right click it and choose run as administrator.
In the Command Prompt window, type.....
sfc /scannow
hit enter
Let it run and see what it finds.
Have you tried creating a new user as a member of the local administrator's group (not a standard user) to test and see if the problem is global or unique to your user profile?
