Windows won't boot up

Someone pls help I have a 3 month old toshiba laptop it crashed last night and now won't boot up a factory reset has taken 7 hrs and came up with file missing il attach pic now it just stuck on toshiba screen spinning no I won't upload says pic is too big

System32/msasn1.dll was supposedly missing at 92% during factory reset

It is possible that your factory recovery partition is damaged or otherwise corrupt.
IF it was me I would order the recovery media from Toshiba.
There is a link in the middle of this page where you can enter your laptop's serial number and obtain the media.

IF it is still within warranty then the process is generally free of charge, if not then there may be a nominal fee.
