Hello friends
New TV box with Windows 10
Connects to the wireless network without problems and shows strong signal.
ping the router and the external dns is continuous without problems.
As soon as I open a browser (Chrome or IE) ping stops .

There are other laptops and phones that works without a problem.

Tnx

Perhaps, some specific information as to what actually constitutes a "New TV box with Windows 10", might be helpful.
Manufacturer's Name, Model Name, Model Number, etc. Maybe someone with a similar device might be able to suggest a possible cause or solution.

Tronsmart Ara X5 Plus Windows 10 TV Box Cherry Trail Z8300 Quad Core 1.8G Gen 8 Graphics GPU 2G/32G 2.4Ghz/5Ghz LAN HDMI H.265 XBMC BT4.0 USB3.0 ( I plan to use the TV only as monitor - Kodi)
I think , after more investigation it's related to OS.
I've updated all Nic's drivers (firmware is the lateset)
This is not a router issue (also the DHCP) , I tried to connect to my neighbour's router = same
1-2 min' after closing browser IP & ping returns. OR disable / enable wireless
I have tried it with Edge as well
I can't connect to the network when issue occurs , I lose the IP address.
not sure if it's related - Error 4230 "tcp/ip has chosen to restrict the congestion window..." when issue happens
when I try netstat -no I see many TIME_WAIT PID 0 , closing browser in task manager solve the issue and clear all output.

Have you checked to confirm that you are running the latest version of Windows 10 and that all updates are current?
