Always, when I open Win 10 or return from sleep mode, the next error coming:

Wrong password (62)


Check and try again. Don't remember it? Go to 'forgot password' on

the website to get a new one

When I click OK, all things are OK, but it is very frustrating!

That error doesn't look like a typical Windows 10 error.
It may be a third party application or website (especially since it explicitly mentions)......

That is launching at startup or attempting to recover when you return from sleep mode after it has timed out.
Perhaps....
IF you can identify what is producing the error you might check
Credential Manager in Control Panel and edit or remove that particular credential. Also double check and make sure you don't have multiple credentials for the same site.

You might try clean booting your system to see if the problem goes away at startup as a test
