Xbox One Streaming

So i have been trying to get the Xbox to Stream to Windows 10 and i must be missing a step. I connect to my Xbox via home network.... but instead of having a stream option at the top it has a test stream buttom..... i click it and let it process and nothing changes..... it just keeps saying test stream... what am i missing?
