XBox sets Document & Picture files to Read-Only

After I upgrade from Windows 7 and join Xbox all my Document files and pictures are set to Read-Only and changes my computer log in to the Xbox log in. I cannot remove the Read-Only from any file not matter what procedure I use and I cannot get my original log in back.
